Best Reader

My son loves this book.
I actually had to buy a second copy because it got worn out. After 4-5 times of me reading to him he was reading Copy Cat (My First Reader) all by himself, constantly. This was his first of many readers.
I have recommended it to all my friends with young kids.

A Wonderful Book for Toddlers

My 20-month-old daughter LOVES this book. She enjoys it when I read it to her, but she seems to enjoy it just as much when she "reads" it to herself. The pictures are simple, featuring a small orange cat. That allows her to pick out the cat on every page, which seems to give her a sense of moving through the story. I bought this book because it has the same illustrator as "My Birthday Cake," which my daughter has loved since she turned one. Although these are designed for little readers, they're proving to be wonderful books for toddlers too. The only problem is that they are paper, and I have to keep buying new copies. They're worth it, though!
